Friends, Suddenly this morning I come to know that IDEA stopped all my prepaid mobile services...WHY ???? Ye to mere ko bhi nahi pataa yaar...!!!
Here are the details as mentioned below. The first stpe I have taken is sent a email for this error to idea coustomer care.

Hi Coustomer Care,
My prepaid mobile number 9911245670 is not working since 11:00 AM. Few days back I requested to convert the same number into POST PAID. Varification already done yesterday. Details are as below:
Existing Pre Paid Number : 9911245670
SIM Number : 89910-43403-07223-3906-3
New SIM Number Issued to me : 89910-48202-09723-6073-8
This all is done by Franchisee Code: 098
The Coustomer Application Form Number is : 1478575
They have also taken Rs 500/- in advance form me. Suddenly at morning mr New Sim (89910-48202-09723-6073-8) got activated with mobile number 9911041899 (I don't know which number is this and how it got activated..Strange..!!) and since afternoon 11:00 AM, both my numbers showing the same error SIM Card Registration Failed.
This number (9911245670) is my official number and I can not bear a single minute outage. This stituation is very critical to me. I want you to resolve this problem on urgent basis and before 06:00 PM today. Appriciate early response form your side.

I visited to the nearest IDEA store located @ M-22, M Block Market Greater Kailash, Part-2 New Delhi-110048 & explained. They deal in very decent way. Also the problem got resolved with in 10 minutes. Now my number is worrking...Kool. It was some HLR mismatch problem.
