Punjabis are large hearted people who love splendor and grandeur. They are also keen on festivals and celebrations. This nature of Punjabis also reflects in their marriage celebrations. Like other Indian weddings, a Punjabi marriage ceremony is very ritualistic but also full of fun and frolic. It is in fact one of the most colorful and musical marriage ceremonies in the country. Each ceremony is like an excuse for merriment. A Punjabi Wedding is very vibrant and celebrated like a big carnival, exhibiting splendid grandeur.

A Punjabi wedding ceremony begins with Roka which is very much like an engagement ceremony where both the family for the first time formally announces the prospective marriage. The Roka is then followed by celebrations like ‘Sagan’ and ‘Chunni Chadana’ performed at the groom’s and bride’s family respectively. The joy of a Punjabi wedding begins with the Sangeet and Mehndi ceremony from where the real fun and frolic starts. Bhangras and Giddas make a Punjabi wedding more colorful. Like other Hindu weddings phere and kanyadaan are important rituals of a Punjabi Wedding. A Punjabi Wedding ceremony solemnizes with Mangal Pheras and the bride is departed to her in laws home that very day.

Punjabi Wedding ceremony is an interesting ceremony full of several rituals and customs. The wedding preparations start day before the actual wedding ceremony. Overall, a Punjabi wedding is very vibrant and colorful. The wedding ceremony starts from the Chuda ceremony and at the groom’s place with Vatna ceremony.

It was only the morning 10. The last night I had been spent with making morning plannings. This time it was really freaking out for me. We had 3 Cane's of petrol inside us first and then we walk across the road towards the lake. Today, when I awoke, I suddenly realized that it was one of the best day of my life, ever! I will marvel at God's seemingly simple gifts: the morning dew, the sun, the clouds, the trees, the flowers, the birds. Today, none of these miraculous creations will escape my notice. Yet another unforgettable adventrous excursion to the 15th century - Neemrana fort:::: Thrill of zipping comes to Neemrana

Leaving behind all the worries of daily routine-office,boss,colleagues,one needs to snatch out time from one's hectic schedule to pacify one's minds and relieve oneself. To get this ease for ourselves, I and my friends---------- chalked out a plan to explore Thrill of zipping @ Neemrana Fort-Palace built since 1464 AD.

It is Rajasthan's closest palace from New Delhi, situated at 122 kms. on the Delhi-Jaipur highway - only 100 kms from Delhi's international airport. Sited on a majestic plateau, concealed in a horseshoe formation of the billion year old Aravalli ranges.

What more cud u ask for an excursion?????!!!!!!!! For more click here

You can't be too safe!! Better safe than sorry!

Always play it safe!

Safety is a hot topic these days. The public fears danger and craves safety. Parents are afraid to let their kids play out of their sight. Drivers buy huge motor vehicles, for protection against other huge vehicles. Aspirin bottles have seals that can defy a safecracker.

You can't be too safe!

What does this have to do with biking? Plenty, it seems, because everyone "knows" about bikes and safety. People say "You could get run over, you know," or "A simple fall could leave you brain damaged!" In his book The Polar Bear Strategy, author John F. Ross cheerfully admitted to camping near potentially man-eating bears, but he expressed fear for bike riding on quiet streets!

Better safe than sorry!

Yes, many find biking very scary, because they "know" about the dangers of biking.

Or do they know? What do they really know about the danger - or the safety - of biking? What do you know?

Share your views ragarding safety while biking.

Ride Safe if Group riding essentials

We all know risks involved in motorcycling. So, it’s crucial to understand that the nature of group riding increases some of those risks. As a leader or a member of a group that rides together, it’s essential to make sure all riders understand the rules of the road. But, if you're not familiar with group riding, or you haven't followed these practices before, it's essential for everyone's safety that you understand and follow these basic guidelines.

Group riding is an opportunity for like-minded riders to come together to have a great time on the road, enjoy the chumminess of group-riding, follow new routes, and explore new experiences -- BUT SAFELY.

-- Following distance - following distance is essential to the safety of the entire group. You need to be able to trust that the rider behind you can stop in time if you make an abrupt control change.

-- Do NOT use the spacing of the bikers ahead of you as a gauge for your spacing. Ride your own ride, and if you see others riding too close, encourage them to separate. You’ll all live longer!

-- In reeled formation, know your place in the order, and hold it throughout the ride.

-- When changing lanes, trailing riders may move to block traffic as needed. The rest of the group should follow IN ORDER from the head of the line to the tail. Do NOT change lanes erratically or in advance of the riders ahead of you. And, DO keep an eye out for traffic caught in the midst of the group. The lead bike won't always be able to change lanes for the whole group. Again, ride your own ride! Follow the bike immediately ahead when safe, but make sure you're not following blindly!

-- Group leaders may want to consider organizing different levels of rides, and clearly communicating the rules of the road for each. For example, routes along easy roads following posted speed limits, "intermediate" rides for intermediate to experienced riders (2 years / 2,000 miles minimum), and "advanced" rides for experienced riders (4 years / 10,000 miles minimum, with prior group-ride experience).

-- Respect your fellow riders, respect the road, and respect the drivers around you. We all appreciate the fantastic power of our bikes, and it's fun to exercise that power. But, it's also essential to ride with discipline. Your life and the lives of the riders around you depend on it! That means: no stunting (wheelies, stoppies, burnouts), no passing, no passing over the double-yellow, and maintaining speeds appropriate for the road and traffic conditions.

-- AGAIN Ride your own ride! It's your job to keep yourself safe, set a good example for others in the group, and keep them safe.

-- Look out for your fellow rider! If you see the bike behind you dropping back, slow down.

-- Learn the route before joining the ride. You'll be able to relax and ride at your own pace if you know where you're going. Don't rely on the ride leader or the group to ensure that you know where you're going. If you get separated, you should still be able to find your way along the route.

- Communicate! If you have a problem, need to depart from the route, or are somehow altering your participation, make sure you communicate that to the group leader.

- Most importantly: Always ride your own ride. Ride safe! Stay up!

How to Sight in a Gun while hunting the Kabooters [Pigeon]

This time it was really freaking out for me. We had taken one-one desi patiyala of petrol [Ghar di kadi] inside us first, and then we walk across the road towards the Haveli [Shelter type…. for domistic animals like cows & buffalos]. Here I tried to diminutive the animals food & it was really tough job. Look @ the pic below

After this we came back to the CHUBARE [The top floor in villages] & start messing with the GUNS. I went to my big bro Navi’s home where he has two 12-bore rifles as shown in the below pics.

Navi has gud hands on almost every kinda guns & rifles. He started playing with it since his childhood. It got started not for fun, but because of the terrorists attacks @ that time. His home is hardly 5 kms from the Indo-Pak border. By road the Lahore distance is almost 30 kms from his village, Diyalpur Distt. Tarntaran, Punjab. According to him, his home was targetted twich with rocket launcher. Well I don’t wanna to discuss all that serious matter over here. Lets aggain move towards our messing with rifles. Look @ below pics.

After that I opned all the parts of the rifles to do some RnD on it. That day I really come to know that I am a real Engineer not only by study, but by heart….by soul…& by every thing. Us Bandook ko khol to diya… per abb kon sa part dubara lagega kaise. Well, where there is a will, there is a way.

Now the time comes to hunting the Kabooters-Shabooters. I filled the ammo in the rifle. Hmmmmm guys, let me explain you all the technical stuff which I know bout the guns & rifles. May be it will useful for you. All standard triggers can be grouped into two categories: singe-stage or two-stage. A single-stage trigger, as the name suggests, features a constant resistance to trigger pressure applied by the shooter. Once the requisite force has been applied, the hammer is released to contaact the firing pin and thus fire the rifle. A two-stage trigger, as found on many military and military-style firearms, features an initial stage of minimal resistance to the shooter's trigger pressure, followed by a final stage of greater resistance until hammerfall.

Finally……………………………………………..Need to explain ?????? Dont think so yaar.

Awaiting your valuable comments.
